Tooth Pain While Pregnant/after Giving Birth!

As a woman, most mothers will tell you that having a baby for the first time is an amazing joy. However, most mothers often lack the knowledge needed to understand when a nutrient deficiency has gone too far. Women who have given birth more than once are especially at risk.

The most common sign for a woman bearing a child is that she may notice having more dental problems. She may notice her teeth becoming thinner and more transparent, which is a sign that remineralizing toothpaste or tooth powder is needed. The lack of minerals in the teeth will eventually lead to gum disease and tooth decay. And it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out dental problems leads to spending more money at the dentist.

Remineralize Your Teeth and Feel Confident

So, what must a mother do to own her smile again and save herself a $300-dollar dental bill? The smartest thing to do is start looking into a tooth remineralization powder and begin consuming superfoods. Can tooth enamel be restored or mineralized? The secret to restoring minerals is using a few products I recommend.

The first product is by Country Farms and it’s called Super Greens. This product is so amazing because it contains 50 organic superfoods like wheatgrass, alfalfa, kale, aloe, probiotics, and that’s just to name some of the ingredients. It comes in powdered form and the color of the powder is green.

Although I am not a mother yet I really wanted to share this product because after using it for one year I noticed my teeth felt a bit thicker. I decided to start using this product because I was extremely malnourished. I stayed at 110lbs from middle school all the way up to college because I didn’t like to eat that often. I snacked a lot on Hot Cheetos. Inside the Country Farms container, there is a plastic circular scooper. I put a full scoop inside of a Ninja blender with 1 banana, cinnamon powder, 1 Carrington Farm flax hemp pack, and black chia seeds. For the liquid, I used a homemade turmeric tea I made with lemon, and honey and I chilled it overnight. After blending it I poured this mixture into tiny food containers and I stuck all 5 of them in the freezer.

Every day I pulled one out of the freezer to thaw and I blended this frozen green goodness with more of my flavored turmeric tea. I blended it again in the Ninja turning it into a slushy. The taste was amazing because it tasted like juice and not like any of that green healthy smoothie crap. My teeth looked a bit less transparent and my bones stopped squeaking. My bones squeaked because I use to drink soda a lot from working at Fast Food many years ago. I added chia seeds because they contain more calcium than milk.

To remineralize my teeth I used a product called Tokemoe Tooth Powder. This product is awesome because the price was just right for my budget and this tooth powder has amazing tooth powder ingredients. Tokemoe Tooth Powder has over 45 plus minerals, it’s alkaline and from my personal experience the taste is neutral. Before brushing my teeth, I shook the powder 4 times into my 2oz cup of water.

Next, I stirred it and allowed it to dissolve in the water while I was brushing my teeth. After I was done brushing my teeth, I swished the tooth powder in my mouth for approximately 3 min and I also took my soft bristle toothbrush and brushed my teeth lightly with the tooth powder water in my mouth. While I was using this product, I always flossed during brushing and I still do. Although this product worked great, I don’t consider this product powdered toothpaste. I’m familiar with bentonite clay tooth powders but I chose not to purchase it because as weak as my teeth were, I didn’t want to chance the bentonite clay breaking any of the weak parts of my tooth off. However, bentonite clay for teeth is good if you get a lot of tartar build-up on your teeth.

I won’t say it restored my enamel but I know it helped me for sure because my teeth felt different and overall my health increased. My teeth felt thicker. Consider looking into a good remineralization toothpaste. I write all of this to say it wasn’t hard at all to restore minerals back into my body and teeth. If I did it, I know mothers can do the same thing. The only way to know if something will work for you is to try it for yourself.
